Heidi Beirich: Piercing the Corporate Whale

Yea!! Finally, we see ONE arrest of the enemy. After a year and a half of a justifiably vindictive Trump-47, we've got ONE, a big White one.

We said good riddance to Pam Blondie 4 months back, and Todd Blanch has been Acting Attorney General until this week when he was confirmed. I would think he would have ACTED, Attorney General-wise, to make more arrests by now, but this is a start.

The story, from the NY Post, that has Peak Stupidity excited is Ex-Southern Poverty Law Center CFO charged in brazen scheme to secretly pay $1.2M to white supremacist groups. This probably only happened at all due to one of our ctrl-left enemies having slept through an alarm and failed to hire a California judge in time to stop it. Heidi Beirich was arrested and appeared in court.
“There is a new indictment that includes the former CFO of SPLC,” Attorney General Todd Blanche confirmed at an unrelated news conference at DOJ headquarters, adding that there had been “an arrest made,” though Beirich’s attorney said she appeared voluntarily in court.
Now, this is somewhat akin to violent Prohibition-era gangster Al Copone being hauled in for not paying his income taxes. That's not really what the public was worried about, but it was an excuse that put him away. In this case, the $PLC has been dubbing any pro-White, or at least not anti-, organization a "hate group" but found to be funding people within these "hate groups" with their donor's money... to gin up more hate I guess. It wasn't personal but strickly business.

Well, it was a LITTLE personal, actually. Informant "F-9", who broke into the West Virginia based National Alliance to steal boxes of documents* for Miss Beirich to use in her Hatewatch blog, was paid $1.2 milion of $PLC donor money over the years, and guess what? He was doin' her! F-9 was doing Hiedi Beirich - I'm guessing that's what the $1.2 million was for - the spying was gratis.
Some of that funding went toward costs for the wood and fuel required for cross-burnings, publishing racist pamphlets or extremist literature and other work to maintain the SPLC’s network of “field sources.”
Wood and fuel expenses, haha! Seriously, you should be able to write off wood and fuel expenses.

In fairness to the other side, here's a comment from the National Alliance:
“I knew it was that fat, ugly hog Heidi Beirich,” National Alliance chairman William White Williams, 78, previously told The Post from his home in east Tennessee, confirming the indictment’s descriptions.
William White Williams is the perfect name for a pro-White man in east Tennessee. What is really funny is this part:"... confirming the indictment's descriptions". Heh! That was a clever insertion, Post writer Josh Christenson. Hey, hey, let's be nice. Don't be hateful.

The blog now yields to the defense:
“Dr. Beirich is innocent, and this case is without merit,” her attorney, Proctor, said in a statement. “We believe the charges against her and the SPLC are politically motivated, and Dr. Beirich has been targeted in this case because of the important work she has done to combat hate groups and extremists.”
This woman's whole life is politically motivated.. and hatefully so.

[Sir! Sit down, Sir! You're out of order!]
Beirich, who joined the SPLC in 1999, is the first employee of the Alabama-based nonprofit to have been named as a participant in the wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering conspiracy.
Yeah, it's as with Al Capone. The real crime perpetrated by her outfit, destruction of American society, has not been addressed. It IS true that the Trump administration has changed US Gov't policy such that agencies are no longer to treat the $PLC, ADL, and others as the go-to sources for guidance on whom we all should hate on.

[I'm out of order? You're out of order! This whole country's out of order!]

That was a small win. This is bigger one. I wouldn't bet a dollar on Heidi Beirich ever spending a day in jail, but this arrest and indictment is a start. Hopefully, Tood Blanche is, to quote another old move with legal scenes, "just getting started."

PS: This post's title comes from the President of a club that once had me as a member. He was German. He discussed some rules changes made in the by-laws so that, in case of an accident, nobody would be able to "pierce the corporate whale". There were laughs all around, and this phrase is in use to this day.

* Who do you know that still has "documents" in this paperless world of ours? He should have just broke through the portal - it'd have saved on travel costs.

PS: It sounds like a "Sopranos" episode, Alarmist. I remember that the older spectacled guy on the show, uncle something, who didn't rat anyone out lived pretty well in prison. If she doesn't flip (love that one!), Miss Beirich could probably enjoy the unlimited pasta smuggled in by Mr. Dees' minions and paid for by the donors... and unlimited breadsticks too, of course.

No worries about prison rape either, by any trannies, who might decide, hell, I'll go back to the men's prison - this isn't workin out as I expected.

PS

Will she flip on that PoS Morris Seligman Dees, Jr., or just do time and get the inevitable book deal and speaking tour that makes these types multimillionaires?
