Yes, I’d say that doing an autopsy 146 years later to disprove something suggests there was something nefarious to disprove. It mist have been Colonel Mustard in the Study with a bowl of ice cream. The Brits opened Porton Down in 1916 to do research on chemical weapons, but they were poisoning and otherwise assassinating world leaders long before that.

PS: For Alarmist here, and Mr. Smith, it's coincidental, I guess, but I went ahead and read about 10 posts on "The Alarmist" substack earlier today too! I meant to mention this and then read Adam's comment earlier. These are briefer than what we have here, and it makes me think that might be a better way. However, I always find additional stuff to insert.

For Alarmist, I can see my (new) email address get autofilled - from a cookie file, I guess - in a box for writing comments. However, I did all this to write on Peter Brimelow's site, got one comment in, and then ran into a snag. Because I was trying to post ONE measly comment, and the site does NOT make it easy, it told me I was a suspicious character (maybe a bot) and sent a code to my email. Now that I recall, I looked for that code in the inbox and spam folders, it apparently went to archives or something, and the substack software collared me for some attempted spammer. I was stuck because it wanted some other info. I wasn't about to give it. Damn, I started an email account just for substack commenting.

If you see "Peak Stupidity" as the commenter name, that's me. I'm still screwing with this.

PS: Good evening, Peakers. Mr. Smith, I'd thought about ways to get to these cameras way way before the Flock ones, going back as far as when they were only a threat to one's driving record. They are so much more sophisticated now, and I, I mean, some readers, will likely appreciate your description of the valuable materials contained within these things.

If you want to be as close to untraceable as possible, you'd have to put a lot of effort into planning. In cities, one might want to consider where to start the mission, as somewhere one must get out of an identifiable vehicle of some sort. (Rideshare requires information. A cheap untraceable bicycle?) OTOH, if everyone started doing this, it would be easier on everyone pretty quick.

If you were doing this for the anti-Big-Brother reasons, you could just ignore the parts value and blast away. I see the value in encouraging others, people who don't have much to lose or don't worry so much about consequences. "Yes, you get get thousands for the parts!" (Just sayin'.)

Mr. Alarmist... I've spent some time catching up on your substack posts this morning and enjoyed them very much. (Many thanks for the much needed morning pick-me-up.) Lol... Seems like a good time to remind everyone that the scrap metal and parts value of a dismantled Flock camera is rumored to be about $500.

• Lithium-Ion Battery: Each unit contains a high-capacity lithium-ion battery that generally holds a raw or repurposed value between $250 and $300. (As a tinkerer, I think these would be most useful.)

• Copper and Precious Metals: There is estimated to be about 2 pounds of copper, along with smaller trace amounts of gold (many sources say 2 grams) and silver present within the camera's circuitry. (Two pounds of copper seems high to me, but this is the number floating around the interwebs.)

• Aluminum Casing: The housing and mounting poles yield standard scrap aluminum value. (It might be prudent to just leave these be unless you have some other use for them or plan on making aluminum ingots.)

• Solar Panel: I don't know what these are really worth (and I'm too lazy to really care or look into it right now) but Flock sells replacement solar panels for $500.

Of course, for those of us who live in gun friendly zones, it might just be easiest to punch holes in these things with your favorite firearm.(?) (I would imagine a 12 gauge slug would be a very effective way to disassemble these things provided you are not looking to recover any working parts.) Anyway... There are no wrong ways to destroy these things as long as you don't get arrested and no one gets hurt. (As always, it is important to use safety and, most importantly, have fun!)


* So, apparently, after rumors of Zachary Taylor's assassination resurfaced in the 80s, the descendants of Zachary Taylor made the decision to exhume his body. They granted permission to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office (Louisville, Kentucky), in 1991, to test the 12th U.S. President's remains for arsenic poisoning, aiming to resolve long-standing historical rumors. The exhumation took place on June 17, 1991. Following the procedure, state medical examiners performed forensic tests and determined that Taylor had not been poisoned, as the trace amounts of arsenic found were well below lethal levels. They concluded that he actually died from acute gastroenteritis.**

Now, this whole situation struck me as odd for several reasons. Chief among the oddities is the fact that his corpse had spent 140 years in the grave which, in my opinion, would render this whole investigation functionally useless, and therefore purely performative. Also, Dr. George Nichols and his team, as far as I can tell, only tested for arsenic. (Which was also likely to be found in the embalming fluids of the day.) I'm not going to say that the whole exhumation, examination, and forensic testing was designed to fail, as that would give the process too much credit (or something), but it does seem rather pointless. A huge waste of time, energy and resources. I simply can't imagine that anyone would learn anything useful from such an investigation. (But what do I know.)

** It seems to me, after my several minutes of not-so-intense study into this matter, that Taylor was likely killed by mercury poisoning from the calomel (mercurous chloride) his team of doctors administered to him in his weakened condition. (Given Taylor’s symptoms including severe dehydration, vomiting, and diarrhea, the administration of a heavy-metal laxative was, in my opinion, a biological death sentence.) Obviously, there is no way I can determine anything today, 176 years later. But, to me, this looks like a pretty clear case of iatrogenic homicide. Whether this was on purpose remains entirely speculative without some way of knowing the intent of his physicians. (Among other very hard to determine things at this late date.)

Please keep in mind, none of this negates the (likely?) possibility that Taylor was indeed poisoned by an agent working for the City of London and/or the Southern Elite. Surely these guys would have known that a bit of poisoned cherries and/or milk might/probably/would activate the contemporary mercury laxative protocol. Seems like a pretty safe bet that either way (should Taylor die or recover) you would have plenty of plausible deniability in the (highly) unlikely event that you are even caught. (Surveillance camera technology in 1850 was simply not what it is today.)

Now, this is probably too much information for PS readers, but I happened to find it was 4 P when Gateway Pundit had a live feed of the SC Governor announcing this. I had to use the bathroom facilities for the 2nd thing, and I brought the electronics because it was 4:05 or something. Yes, I took a dump simultaneously with McMaster's announcement of Linsey's sister. Surreal, I tells ya'.

I can delete this later if it makes anyone uncomfortable with the whole site now, but that was the truth.

I've got nothing against the lady, but why waste an opportunity? McMaster must have felt beholden to Trump. He's 79 y/o and leaving political office in 6 months. He should have made a better call. All for the one SAVE vote, is that what this all was about? Hell, the uniParty will come up with one more against. "That was easy!"

PS: Oh, yeah, of course this was better than picking Nimarata, but I think Trump is done with her. His having appointed her up to head of UN was a 3-D chess move, or at least he bragged that he'd done that to get McMaster in the Governorship a few years later.
