Who's cheatin' who?

I couldn't help it. Among the sensationalist headlines on The Gateway Pundit and a few good articles, I saw this one:

What hot wife? Is he not gay after all, somehow? Who's this Michelle? How hot is she? Wait a minute, Big Mike's gonna find out about this. Was he told before Christina Laila revealed this to the World?

It makes you wonder, who's cheatin' who, who's being true, and who don't even care anymore. Still you wonder, who's doin' right by someone tonight, and whose car is parked next door.

And I don't wanna hear about Alan Jackson. He sang this song in 1997, but I recall only Charly McClain having sung this. (It was written by one Jerry Hayes.) She recorded this in 1980 at 24 years old, and it went to #1 on the Billboard magazine Country Music chart. Charly is not BLT-G++ either - her real name is Charlotte, but she came not from Charlotte but Jackson, Tennessee.

Oh, and about that library, if I'm ever in Chicagoland, I hope I can find a copy of Steve Sailer's book America's Half-Blood Prince: Barack Obama's Story of Race and Inheritance to peruse there. I hope there are not too many homeless bums on the computers in there jacking off to pictures of ... I wonder who it is?

PS: Hey, I know that dude! I remember you from both Steve Sailer and here (just a bit, IIRC), Duncsbaby. Thanks for reading. Have a happy Sunday. (Not sure if I'll have a post up tonight or not.)

PS: Yes, Adam Smth has a place in comedy, without even trying.

PS
2nd try at this, thanks Peak for giving me a good laugh on a bad day. I miss the old comments section for most part on Sailer's unz.com blog. His substack comments don't provide the same entertainment by far. Neither does Sailer's actual substack articles for that matter. Every now and then I'll dip my toes in the Sailer substack waters for $7 a month for the odd month, but soon see it as an expense I can do without. Anyway, just bookmarked the site, will be looking forward to more peak-stupidity, probably won't be commenting too much. Take care.

Mr. Smith will be appearing next week at The Comedy Factory.

Good weekend to you all.

PS: You probably did, Adam (provide us with a link to an on-line version), but that was just my facetious comment about a hypothetical visit to that Monumental Porta-Potty. I suppose I might enjoy it though. Steve Sailer's "Noticing" was great reading, but then it was taken from his many posts/columns/articles.

Yes, you've got to pull the trigger, especially if that guy had sold over 90% of his inventory of those mower decks in this short period. I'm looking at some land - much bigger decision - but I'm prone to not deciding. In the words of Geddy Lee (or is it Neil Peart's writing?) "If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice."

Speaking of these things, I will put up a picture of all the stuff from the bottom of that water heater. The beach called, and it wants its stuff back!

However, there are no leaks. I could not just let it drain, as the spigot was readily clogged up. I removed the spigot and took the hose and sprayer and went from the top (the port for the anode), and knocked a whole bunch out this stuff out. (The water heater is in a closet that's basically on the outside of the house.) One sink has only a small flow of hot water, so I'll take the hot line apart at the heater (I'd put a nice brass screw joint there long ago) and back-blow air through from the sink, I think. Will keep y'all posted. (Eye rolls all around.)

I noticed the other day that this guy only had three Honda mower decks left (He had 45 of them when I started watching his listing.) and I ordered one. I'm happy to report that it looks totally legit. It might be a little darker than the original(?) but the old one is ~25 years old, so I guess the old one might just be faded.(?) I have some mowing to do before I go taking this thing apart and swapping everything to the new deck, but this should take care of my cracking mower deck problem for the next 20 years or so.

I hope you guys have a wonderful weekend!

PS: "Thereโ€™s something to be said for Bathhouse Barry building a library that looks like a massive Porta-Potty." Indeed it does. I'm no architecture critic like Steve Sailer, but I don't know how anyone couldn't see that that building is an architectural abomination.

Good song. I have the greatest hits from that great band, and "Saturday in the Park" is on there.

Then there was "The Night Chicago Died" from around that time. The lyrics were talking about the mobsters of earlier decades. They hadn't seen Chicago dying yet...

PS

Thereโ€™s something to be said for Bathhouse Barry building a library that looks like a massive Porta-Potty.

Cue Chicagoโ€™s โ€œSaturday in the Parkโ€ โ€˜cos itโ€™s almost the Fourth of July.

George Michael and Hugh Grant have left the building! (obscure reference to two gents caught doing their risky business in public facilities in a park).
