Yeah, sure, that'd make a very good name for a TV show.

Yet again from The Gateway Pundit - very good on the immigration invasion - here's a heartwarming story from the tony Fort Hill neighborhood in Boston. It's a story of welcoming and tolerance, so you migrants can just get the hell out of here!*

Jim Hoft, the Gateway Pundit himself, schadenfreudes, “So We Get No Say?” – Wealthy Elites from Affluent Neighborhood in Sanctuary City Boston Outraged Over Local Migrant Shelter Plans .
Residents of a wealthy neighborhood in Boston expressed outrage at a recent community meeting after they learned that a new migrant shelter would soon open up nearby.

On Tuesday night, residents gathered to meet with General Scott Rice, the emergency assistance director for Democratic Gov. Maura Healey, to discuss their concerns about a temporary migrant shelter opening up in Fort Point, one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the Seaport area of Boston.

The United Way of Massachusetts Bay is working with Healey’s office to transform some Fort Point office space on Farnsworth Street, owned by the Unitarian Universalist Association
[Unitarians! I KNEW it!], into a temporary shelter for approximately 80 immigrants.

But it seems nobody asked the locals whether they approved.
They never do. That is, at least when they've got other voters to replace you with.
The local residents complained to city officials, “So we have no say?”
Nope, you got no say. Welcome to America. "We got no say." may be the new motto to be stamped on the coming Leticia James $5 coin.

♪♫♬ "I'm proud to be an American, where at least I got no say." ♪♫♬ We knew we got no say when thousands of Political Prisoners were taken into Washington dungeons because they'd thought they'd had some say.

The last 20 seconds has some counterpoint from one Bostonian who's wicked welcoming and wicked tolerant and hopefully carrying illegally, for his own safety.

PS: Mr. Hail, thank you for that excerpt. The guy lies where he needs to lie to make his claim and tells the truth in between. To me, it's a great advertisement for Tucker Carlson, VDare, and all the rest of them. Thank you, Angry White Man!

It was a little too short of an exposure to the guy for me to be certain, but think the black guy just really meant it. In front of his homies, he may not talk so clearly and unebonically, and probably would not have brought up the subject. Most of them just wouldn't care one way or another.

PS Yes, TA, the elites are truly global now. Old George, Tom, John, Ben, and company were pretty tightly connected to place. And to the proles who provided their labor at those places. Neither condition applies to our contemporary elites.

@MrBlanc, America’s Founding Fathers were the local rich pissed at the Mother Country taking a cut of their plunde without giving them much say in the matter.

Apparently America’s original rich class felt they had more stake in their neighborhood than the current posers.

Like I suggested below, it is time for another Boston Tea Party, but the local Soy-Boyz and Grrlz apparently aren’t up to it.

PS The rich are used to making rules that don’t apply to them. You can understand how they might be miffed when they have to suffer what the rest of us have to suffer. There ought to be a law.

PS

I suppose they could take a bus load of migrants down to the harbor and toss them into the water ... from the deck of the USS Constitution might give a good photo op.

After that, maybe march up to Lexington and Concord to make themselves heard.

I realize these are not the most revolutionary ideas, but you have to put your foot down somewhere.

RE: "I think it should happen more often" (Black interviewee in the video, at 2:00 mark)

I would not dismiss the suggestion that the Black interviewee was being consciously using irony to make an opposite point, in a way that someone like Jonathan Swift or the right-wing comedian Sam Hyde would do. That is to say, a deliberate use of political-type irony for effect. I wouldn't dismiss the idea, but I'd lean against it as the most likely.

I believe it's somewhat more likely that the Black interviewee may have thought, in the moment: "This is a smart-sounding White People comment that will make me look smart; this is something these interviewers want to hear; I win! The power's in my hands! These people are sure easy to 'work'..."

I think that it'd be more likely for Blacks to use forms o irony or something similar among each other, but when doing the "register shift" to talk to Whites, such as White reporters showing up for a TV news spot, something else is going on. You see this a lot with a large portion of Blacks (though certainly not all). It's an interesting little cultural phenomenon that has to be adjusted for in the U.S. Multicultacracy.

(note---- "Angry White Men" is a long-established "troll" blog apparently with some pretensions, now, with objective journalism. It is connected with the social-media account @EyesOnTheRight, which has 30,500 followers. That account is really a typical "troll" account, the value of which is pretty low -- objectively -- but can be addictive to both 'pro' and 'con' sides to engage with. The tragedy of our time!)

Given Peak Stupidity's leading role in the Tucker Carlson "VDare" interview in the past week or so, I want to draw your attention to this. From someone who posted clips of the full interview soon after it was published, leads with this:

Tucker Carlson Offers A Sympathetic Ear To White Nationalist Hate Group Leader

Feb. 21, 2024
ANGRYWHITEMEN.org
("Angry White Men -- Tracking White Supremacy")

On the latest episode of Tucker Carlson Uncensored, disgraced former Fox News host Tucker Carlson gave a platform to Lydia Brimelow. Along with her husband Peter, Lydia Brimelow runs VDARE — a white nationalist hate group that has been subpoenaed by New York Attorney General Letitia James in connection to its $1.4 million purchase of a historic West Virginia castle.

During the interview, Carlson allowed Lydia Brimelow to paint herself and her organization as patriotic victims of “cancel culture.”

In his opening monologue, Carlson decried “illegal immigration” which he said is “at its highest levels ever.” He claimed that immigration is changing America “for the worse,” and that “no one is doing anything about it.” According to Carlson, people are too afraid to speak out against it, and the “story of Peter and Lydia Brimelow explain why they’re afraid.”

He described Peter Brimelow as a “legitimate old-school journalist” who was unfairly maligned for asking questions “about our immigration scheme.”

Peter Brimelow, however, is a longtime white nationalist who called himself a “god-uncle” to the racist alt-right and claimed that there is “no quote-unquote ‘diverse America.’ There’s only white America.” His wife Lydia, who runs the VDARE Foundation, has called diversity a “weakness” and railed against the “new waves of aliens crashing on the southern border.”

And their website, VDARE, is known for publishing racist, anti-immigrant screeds by white nationalists like Steve Sailer, Pat Buchanan, Kevin DeAnna, and “Unite the Right” organizer Jason Kessler. It has repeatedly promoted the white supremacist “Great Replacement” conspiracy and defended the racist manifesto of the El Paso shooter. (....)

PS: OK, much better now. I had a chance to listen this time, Fred. Man, the CC writing was so far off! It looked like that White guy that appeared outside was the one saying "there should be more of this." Yes, that was the black guy, I see now. I disagree that he was being sarcastic, so you may just be a vermicious knid ;-} , whatever that is anyway.

If we could find out, I'd bet a Benjamin with you that the guy was serious.

PS: I only got to read the CC wording, Fred, as this computer, and this location require the sound off. I'll be able to listen to it tonight.

PS If that black dude is not being sarcastic then I'm a vermicious knid. Especially "I think it should happen more often," which sounded like Mencken's comment about the voters deserving to get what they want good and hard.

This division between the rulers and the ruled will not end well.
