Female Conservative SCROTUS splits, border wire hernia continues

Traitors or just "doing proper jurisprudence"?:

We already know about SCROTUS judge John Roberts. He's been on the wrong side of a lot of decisions made in the cause of the ruination of this country. Justice Amy Coney Barrett, OTOH, is a Trump pick (one of 3), thought to have been an actual Conservative.

The Gateway Pundit had a post today - Supreme Court Sides with Biden Regime, Allows Border Patrol Agents to Remove Razor Wire at Border – Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett Vote with Liberal Justices - that gives us the bad news that Judge Barrett sided with Roberts and the anti-American side on the border invasion, in a 5-4 decision. Note that this wasn't a SCROTUS decision per say. Per The Texas Tribune here this was the "vacating [overruling] of an injunction against the Feds by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that prevented Border Patrol agents from cutting the concertina wire.

The ctrl-left has courts make these injunctions all the time to help stop Conservatives from getting voted-on policy implemented. Because this is just a "vacation", not a decision, I can't find any written-out explanations by the 9 SCROTUS members. Perhaps they will explain themselves when there's a real decision, but in the meantime, the invasion continues apace. I realize the other 3 ctrl-lefty members of the court are glad to destroy this nation, but what about Roberts and especially Barrett? Are they just "playing by the rules" (while the other side never does), or is it about their feeeeelings! I note all 3 female members voted to stop the Texans from fighting this invasion. I no longer trust this Amy Barrett ... if I ever did.

That short Texas Tribune article notes first:
The high court’s order effectively maintains long-running precedent that the federal government — not individual states — has authority to enforce border security.
Oh, so it's a solid Constitutional decision then? Well, what if the Feral Gov't does nothing of the sort, enforcement, that is, with their Authoritah, and encourages the invasion? Texas is to sit back and get invaded ... per the ... what Constitution would EVER say that?

Last summer, when the Texans took some action Peak Stupidity asked Is this how it starts?* Will this Feds vs. Texans fight get larger and put the question of Federalism in the public eye for more Americans to understand? It is Governor Abbott and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton who are leading this fight for Texas and America against the traitors of the regime.

In case you think "traitorous" is too harsh a term, watch some of the video. There's some in that post of ours from last summer, and here's 2 short clips. Imagine these were the Russians, you know, trying to take over the world and all, invading across our borders. I wonder what the Neocons of the Regime would have to say about this behavior in that case.

* Two follow-up posts were Is the biggest American story of the 21st Century developing? and Texas v Feds - still the BIGGEST story.

PS: Yes, Dieter, I'm glad to hear "IT DID NOTHING". Always when there is talk about all the money in politics, I'd think "if people would just make up their own minds and stay off the TV, how much would this money matter?" (That is, if we could somehow eliminate the cheating.)

"I hear these numbers repeated: 250+ million dollars were spent by big donors - amongst them the usual suspects -Zuckerberg, Koch brothers... - 100 000 people voted so: This is a staggeringly high vote/money ratio. " I did not hear Mr. Greenwald say who was giving big money especially to DeSantis, yet I know where Haley is getting the big bucks.

I don't agree with Greenwald that DeSantis is "establishment". He's far from it. If Trump had not gotten years now worth of publicity by being indicted, etc, and DeSantis was a serious contender, the Lyin' Press would be coming up with all manner of slurs against him, just like Trump. If he became President, they would hate him even more than they do Trump, because DeSantis would take more real action. What they don't like about Trump is his words, which I will gladly admit, are better for waking up and riling up Americans than DeSantis'. The latter is just not a great speaker.

PS: I knew that women in high positions in government was a bad idea.

Modified it for you, Bill. Yes, I agree though. Then there's Roberts... A Gateway pundit post by Wayne Root said that there's no way these people would make these decisions without having been bribed, blackmailed, or threatened. I don't know, but that does seem to explain John Roberts.

PSMod. here is Glenn Greenwald from 5:30 min onwards about big money behind the Iowa caucus Ron DeSantis and Nicky Haley etc.:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_69hgQ79_V8&t=302s

I hear these numbers repeated: 250+ million dollars were spent by big donors - amongst them the usual suspects -Zuckerberg, Koch brothers... - 100 000 people voted so: This is a staggeringly high vote/money ratio.

And Greenwald says: IT DID NOTHING. - People are done with mainstream views. It turns out that the old saying that you can't deceive all of the people all of the time has come out this way: You can deceive hardly anybody anymore now. People got what's up. - Even better than Stever Sailer... Steve sides with the only demographic now with regard to voter-fraud/ Bidenism, that still is bigstyle behind Joe Biden:

The upper-crust (!) urban middle class. - It's all come down to somewheres (Iowa) against the suburban anywheres: The Ukraine-warmongers too.

Apropos: Two views from inside Ukraine - where the same thing seems to take place: Ordinary folks say that they've been had - in the special case: Two women who would strongly disagree witht Ron DeSantis' and Nicky Haley's ideas about Ukraine - and lean towards DJT, I guess:

Here is Larry Johnson featuring a women who visited Ukraine and gives some inside impressions: google:

A Plea to End the War in Ukraine (sonar21.com)

and here is a story of a complete derangement syndrome typical for the end of wars:

PS Four women and Roberts. I know Amy Coney Barrett is a Trump appointment, but she is still a she, and he was forced to appoint a female. A male appointment would never in a million years have been confirmed.

I knew that women on the Supreme Court was a bad idea. Women think with their emotions. Logic and rational thinking does not exist in the female mind. Roberts will go along with the party in power. He is incapable of any kind of thinking.

PS: Adam, I put in your fist bump clip. Exasperating! I'm digging your channel, BTW. I hope others do.

I agree with Alarmist regarding a State's obligation during an invasion. I gotta say that the VDare writers explain this better than I can.

Dieter, that comment ought to be under the previous post, but, no mind, thanks for that comment. Maybe you can link me to something regarding Glenn Greenwald's writing about DeSantis and big money. I don't know anything about that, but it can't be as blatant as the Koch money going to Nikki.

As I wrote in that post, it was uncanny. One day, on Gateway Pundit, I think, I read about the AFP group and their big money going to the Haley campaign, and the very next day the 20 y/o(?) kid comes up to the house. His golf-style shirt had that Afp logo on it. He was really ready to learn, with no particularly loyalty to traitor NIkki, just, as he told me, she's getting a whole lot of money, so ....! So, what? I wasn't rude or anything - I just explained that even if this big money got her to win - wow a Republican - well, so what?

I hope he will vote for Trump, if he has time among the door-to-door work - just doing it for the money, he admitted.

PS

The United States has a Constitutional obligation to protect states from Invasion. By refusing to protect Texas and other states from the ongoing invasion, the Federal government has essentially vitiated any real argument of the supremacy of the Federal Government and laws of the US over those of the States. Let's see if TX stands its ground and if Zhao Bai Den has the balls to use the fighter jets he has been threatening to use on the Deplorables. Texas et al have a duty to protect their citizens and lawful residents, and that is theoretically secured by the Tenth Amendment.

Mod. you discuss lots of could be /would be/ might be stuff. The pollsters said 78% of the Iowa caucus voters said that Biden would not be legit and 88% that the court cases against Trump are not legit either.
The Dems I follow understood that the pollsters are right, when they concluded from Iowa, that Trump is the candidate and Nicki Haley has lost too.

Glenn Greenwald said the following last week: Lots of very influential and rich people put tens of millions of dollars behind - - - Haley - - - -  and, he continued: DeSantis.

Then Greenwald came up with his final observation: All this influence-peddler money in small Iowa did: with regard to Trump: Nothing.

That is proof that this time they've lost flyover-country completely. Their narratives are dead. Trump's reality has gotten the upper hand in the heads of the regular folks out there.

One of the super-Democrats I wrote back and forth at times with is a well known writer. He said, devastated: How can  it be that a cheating and deceiving billionaire could win the votes of ordinary people in Iowa!? - That was to show: He has - finally - given up his hopes for Joe Biden - which he still had, - I guess knowing very well, that old Joe is by now just a meet 'n' greet august - in other words, accepting that the Dems put him in the window and run the show from behind.

I love how Joe Rogan, who likes Ron DeSantis' politics a lot and does prefer him politically over DJT (as does Dave Rubin, who is friends with Ron DeSantis) understood early on that Biden is - "just a hologram" (Tanita Tikaram).
